Every River Grove resident, educator, and business owner can get a River Grove Public Library card.
Library cards are valid for as long as residence from the date of issuance. You can either register for a card at the Circulation Desk at the Library OR registering using the online form.
Applying as a resident age 18 years or older?
Bring in a current photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, passport) and proof of River Grove residency, such as a utility bill or recently postmarked mail.
Applying on behalf of a child?
Visit the library together. The parent/guardian must show proof of River Grove residency, such as a utility bill or recently postmarked mail, and sign the application for anyone under 18.
